There is a little beach without cabanas. The little beach is on the St Lucie river (not the ocean). However the resort has different pools with cabanas and umbrellas.
Would you recommend this location to a college couple or is it all families with kids?
It's mostly family but I believe they have something for everyone my kids are 15 18 n 23 n 31 all of them had a great time
What are the beaches like at this resort...can kids body surf or boogie board in Aug...
Not a real beach. The resort is situated on the Indian River, not on the ocean.

It is Free. You are going to love the Buffett. It is amazing. You will probably have white chocolate bread at least once a day. Its terrific. You will have an amazing time there. My family has decided to go back yearly.
Can u park a car as a guest at the resort?
Yes there is plenty of parking.
